At the end of this session you should know whether you’d like to proceed with the advisory/mentoring or not, and at very least, help you crystalise the areas of your business that you should be focusing on.

Anticipated way of working
Month 1-3: Your Core Offering, Your Team, You and Tactical elements
Kicked off with two 4hr deep-dive sessions, followed by weekly 50min calls, and additional time with me prepping our sessions and project managing actions.
